Why is this &#105&#109&#112&#111&#114&#116&#97&#110&#116 for parents? Because 37 percent of &#111&#110&#108&#105&#110&#101 teens have used IM &#116&#111 &#119&#114&#105&#116&#101 something &#116&#104&#101&#121 &#119&#111&#117&#108&#100 not have said in person.

There are both personal and technological dangers associated &#119&#105&#116&#104 a child’s &#73&#110&#116&#101&#114&#110&#101&#116 use. &#78&#111&#116 only might a child access Web sites containing inappropriate material, &#98&#117&#116 &#115&#111&#109&#101&#116&#105&#109&#101&#115 &#116&#104&#101 simple act of &#118&#105&#115&#105&#116&#105&#110&#103 &#97 &#109&#97&#108&#105&#99&#105&#111&#117&#115 &#87&#101&#98 site can cause &#115&#112&#121&#119&#97&#114&#101, worms or other digital threats to be &#100&#111&#119&#110&#108&#111&#97&#100&#101&#100 and &#105&#110&#115&#116&#97&#108&#108&#101&#100 &#111&#110 your computer.

Protecting children should be a parent’s primary concern. There are several ways to accomplish &#116&#104&#105&#115. First, establish boundaries. &#68&#101&#99&#105&#100&#101 &#119&#104&#97&#116 &#87&#101&#98 sites and &#99&#111&#110&#116&#101&#110&#116 you &#102&#101&#101&#108 &#99&#111&#109&#102&#111&#114&#116&#97&#98&#108&#101 &#108&#101&#116&#116&#105&#110&#103 your children see, &#116&#104&#101&#110 take steps to filter or &#98&#108&#111&#99&#107 &#101&#118&#101&#114&#121&#116&#104&#105&#110&#103 else. You can find out what sites &#121&#111&#117&#114 &#99&#104&#105&#108&#100&#114&#101&#110 &#104&#97&#118&#101 &#118&#105&#115&#105&#116&#101&#100 &#98&#121 &#114&#101&#118&#105&#101&#119&#105&#110&#103 their &#73&#110&#116&#101&#114&#110&#101&#116 &#104&#105&#115&#116&#111&#114&#121.

Internet &#69&#120&#112&#108&#111&#114&#101&#114 &#99&#111&#110&#116&#97&#105&#110&#115 a feature called the Content Advisor &#116&#104&#97&#116 enables parents to control the Web &#99&#111&#110&#116&#101&#110&#116 that &#99&#104&#105&#108&#100&#114&#101&#110 see. Similar to the &#86&#45&#99&#104&#105&#112 &#102&#111&#117&#110&#100 in many &#110&#101&#119 &#116&#101&#108&#101&#118&#105&#115&#105&#111&#110&#115, the &#67&#111&#110&#116&#101&#110&#116 Advisor uses a &#114&#97&#116&#105&#110&#103 system &#116&#111 help &#121&#111&#117 set the level &#111&#102 language, nudity, sex &#97&#110&#100 violence that is acceptable in your &#104&#111&#109&#101.
