Children-More FAN PRODUCT SAMPLING EXTRAVAGANZA! – Sponsor Agreement
Thank you for participating in Children-More’s 5000 Fan Product Sampling Extravaganza!
The Product Sampling Extravaganza will begin approximately when we hit 3,600 Fans and end 10 Days after we hit 5,000 fans (at 5PM EST).
All Participants will be required to read and agree to the Extravaganza rules prior to the closing of the event otherwise they will be disqualified from winning any prizes.
Entrants will be required to “Like” or “Fan” the Sponsor Page for all products they wish to enter for. Participants will be strongly encouraged NOT to de-fan your page once the Extravaganza Ends (although we can’t guarantee this won’t happen we can try our best to talk people out of it).
Participants will also be required to fill out a Google Doc as their “official entry form”.
Participants will be asked to do a simple “review” of your product sample and send it to you either via email or post on your wall – this will provide great info for sponsors who submit their own products…for those who donate gift cards to places other than their own it’s more of a formality to be sure this remains a “Product Sampling”.
Winners will be drawn via random.org and their names will be posted under the image of each product sample. Winner selection and posting will take several days depending on how many Sponsors we have.
SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

2. *****************NO DISCOUNTS OFF MINIMUM PURCHASES WILL BE ACCEPTED. GIFT CERTIFICATES TO YOUR STORE ARE FULLY ACCEPTABLE AND APPRECIATED BUT THERE MUST BE NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT****************
3. Sponsors who donate Gift Certificate’s to their own stores may set an expiration/must use by date. We ask that this date be no less than 30 days from the date of winner notification.
4. Sponsors may require product sample winner to pay shipping – although you should know this tends to severely lower the number of entries your item will receive and number of new fans you will get.
5. Sponsors who are asking the winner to pay shipping MUST let us know prior to the opening of the Extravaganza. This may not be changed once the Extravaganza begins.
6. Sponsors are responsible for fulfilling the product sample they agree to donate.
7. Sponsors understand that, while we ask all winners to provide a product review, we can in no way enforce this.
8. It is the Sponsor’s responsibility to verify that winners are fans of their pages.
9. All Sponsors must be a fan of Children-More(http://www.facebook.com/ChildrenMore)
10. Children-More is in no way responsible or liable for the products donated, This responsibility lies solely with the Sponsor.
11. Sponsors are required to promote the Extravaganza at least once every other week, although the more we all promote it the more success it will bring to all of us.
12. Sponsors are encouraged to refer other potential Sponsors to our Extravaganza. The more product samples we have the better off we will all make out.
THIS 5000 FAN PRODUCT SAMPLING EXTRAVAGANZA IS IN NO WAY ENDORSED, OVERSEEN, A PART OF, OR AFFILIATED WITH FACEBOOK IN ANY WAY.
In addition to completing the form below and clicking on “submit”, ALL SPONSORS MUST send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing ONE photo of the product and/or your logo.
